Aside from having more resources, a good reason why you may get your own hosting server and use it instead of a shared Internet hosting plan is that you can install and run a wide variety of software. With a shared account, you can use apps, that do not need root access and are not installed server-side, so in the event that you need certain software for your web sites, you cannot do the installation on a shared hosting server. This is not the situation with a server of your own where you could install everything you want. The downside is that you may not have much experience and handling your own hosting server is more complicated that managing a shared hosting account in which the service provider handles most things. This is why we offer another service for our hosting server plans called Installation & Troubleshooting and you can take full advantage of it any time that you come across any problems with the management of your machine.

Installation and Troubleshooting in VPS Servers
The upgrade could be purchased for any of the
VPS server packages regardless of the Operating System and CP that you have picked or the task that you need to be performed as our administrators will help you with anything associated with the software on the hosting server. This includes, but is not limited to, installing third-party applications, setting up hosting server options, troubleshooting scripts in case they don't perform adequately, and so forth. The upgrade provides an hour of work and if a particular task requires less time, the rest of the minutes shall be available for the future and shall be listed within the VPS billing CP. You may use the Installation & Troubleshooting service either as an individual upgrade or as an addition to the Managed Services upgrade, which provides 30 minutes of custom work on your hosting server. This way, you may work on your sites without having to worry that you won't be able to use some application or losing time on technical issues.

Installation and Troubleshooting in Dedicated Servers
The upgrade is available with all our
Linux dedicated web hosting plans and provided you add it, our knowledgeable admins can help you with anything on your machine. This includes setting up any third-party software which you might want to use on the server and troubleshooting any script that operates poorly or doesn't run at all. Our upgrade comes with sixty minutes of work and in case a specific task isn't very time-consuming, we shall add the remaining time to your account. You will be able to check out how many minutes are left within your billing CP and use them whenever you need help again. The Installation & Troubleshooting upgrade could be purchased at any moment, so in the event that you need something to be set up in the very beginning, you can add it to your order during the sign up process, while if you need support later on, you can add it from the hosting server billing area. Half an hour of custom work are provided with our Managed Services pack as well, but just in case you need additional work to be done on the server, the Installation & Troubleshooting upgrade will be a guarantee that your apps will be installed and set up in the very best possible way.
